If I could recommend something to you... Do a Huan Dao of Taiwan! This was one of my favorite experiences since moving to Taiwan. Just hop on your scooter and start driving. Taiwan is small enough, yet varied enough that you're bound to fall in love with the island as you drive around this amazing place.
